Multi-material 3D computer modeling to CNC fabrication

Our design process is uncompromisingly linked to the available manufacturing of todays technology. Due to the explosion of new possibilities,  the 3D fabrication process is no longer limited to straight lines or 2D stack laminated cut-outs.

Our work, from design to fabrication process, allows for the creation of true 3D organic forms involving complex curved structures. We have extensive experience in fabrication and material properties, and now we are combining that with 3D computer modeling and CNC (computer numerically controlled) fabrication to bring previously difficult geometries to life.

We are also happy to take your design or concept and assist in bringing it into physical reality. We are available to consult in any part of the process from computer rendering, part design for cnc fabrication, converting CAD to CAM, or any other part of the fabrication process.

Fabrication Services

 

From artistic to utilitarian, mechanical to organic, our in house fabrication team can take care in part or whole the manufacture of one-offs to low volume parts or assemblies. Our in house capabilities are:

 

CAD - 3D computer representation

CAM - CAD to machine language conversion (g-code simulations)

CNC - waterjet*, 3D printing*, 3 axis router mill

Coatings - powder coating*, epoxy, urethanes and oils

Shop - wood and metal

 

Our system is designed specially for one off or low volume clients and/or projects involving multi-materials.
