Why 3D model?

3D model enables for clear communication for both professionals and people with no special training in design or construction. For Eccentric by Design, the 3D model is the key element of the building process. Due to easy visualization, 3D model allows for better planning and workflow throughout the whole project. Our goal is to resolve problems before entering the actual site.
